The only information we collect is what you choose to send. When you fill in the estimate form, that means your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about and any message you write.
If you call or email instead, we receive whatever you tell us, which usually includes your address and a description of the problem.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, prepare an estimate, arrange a visit if you want one, and follow up on the work.
Your details are not added to unrelated mailing lists, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who else may see it
To carry out a job, your request may be passed to a licensed septic service provider who can perform the work at your address. That provider receives the details needed to respond to you and nothing more.
We may also rely on service providers for basic website hosting and email, and we may have to release information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It may store small amounts of data in your browser to make the site work properly, such as remembering that you opened the mobile menu.
If we add measurement tools later, this page will be updated to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. After that they are deleted or discarded.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with the request.
Please do not send sensitive personal information such as payment details through this website.
